At Mr Palmer Swimwear, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

Exchanges

      ∙     We offer exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date

      ∙     Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

      ∙     We do not accept returns or issue refunds — exchanges or store credit only

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at mrpalmerclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. Our team will get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
